  2. To download newsgroups:

  4. 1. On the Windows menu, choose Newsgroups.
  5. 2. On the News menu, choose Download Complete Newsgroup
  6. List. The time it takes to download all the newsgroups depends
  7. on your connection speed and the number of newsgroups your
  8. ISP supports. Once downloaded, this list is stored in the cache
  9. and does not need to be downloaded again.

  11. If you suspect that a new newsgroup has been added since
  12. the last time you downloaded, choose Download Updates to List
  13. Only on the News menu. Only the new newsgroups will show.
  14. To see all the newsgroups again, choose Show Complete
  15. Newsgroup List on the News menu.
